Dylan's "Folksinger's Choice" - 05-02-2008, 04:00 AM

Found it on MP3VA.com and, since I had never heard of it before, I d/l it out of curiosity. Anyone who likes Dylan or folk music should check it out. It's a recording of a radio show Dylan did back in 1962, when he was 20, and just prior to releasing his 1st album. The sound quality is excellent, the bit rate is 320, and in-between the 11 songs he plays, Dylan talks about his music and his influences. He's relaxed, talkative, and friendly with the interviewer and it gives a rare view of a legendary performer at the beginning of his career.

sounds like a great live album.

i saw dylan about 5 or so years ago. he actually came to montana(where i live) the venue was not in a big arena just a small off the beaten track stage. i was really amped to see bob. all in all i was not disappointed, just not thrilled with the show. his age just seemed to really be an issue.

to this day im just glad to say that i saw bob dylan in a venue consisting of not more than 500 people.

good day and thanks for the post,

cr

Hi Chad.

I think we have established by now that you're living nowhere near Tennessee
