I stand by comments insofar as that in many jurisdictions conspiracy is a very very broad area of prosecution especially when we go into the area of electronic activity. However, I also said that we should stick together where I said "… but I hate to say it that when we are dealing with the forces of evil we have to maintain a united front or this will, I assure you be the thin edge of the wedge. We must all remember that ancient proverb; "The enemy of my enemy is my friend."

I haven't been to MM or Sparks for a while and went there today and noticed the warnings... And of course my first thoughts were ahha... But then after thinking things through I don't believe this website is RIAA controlled but I have no doubt that it is closely monitored and thusly gives away any methods of refreshing accounts at MM and Sparks.

What is so funny as one thinks on it is that other similar sights seem to be flourishing and as long as there is money to be made others will keep springing up. RIAA will not stop this movement in my opinion nor even slow it down!!!

Who knows just maybe MM and Sparks are the "sacrificial lamb." I would also bet that the owners of MM and Sparks have other websites up doing the same thing so the joke is on RIAA...

The music industry is changing and it will continue to evolve. My guess is over time musicians will be able to break the lock on their artistry and sell to individuals through mp3 download sites and be paid for those downloads less the RIAA...

The future is here now and we are participating in the change.
