I have such a hard time bringing together the fact they run such a fine shop and being so rude and arrogant to their customers. I've come to the conclusion that they are just very eccentric, and shy. It makes it easier to bear somehow

Exactly what I was thinking. They run a totally professional site, then let their payment people rob you and their customer services ignore you.

They are not people oriented, but certainly are money oriented.
When they were under the Allofmp3 management they were a lot more
enlightened and cared about their customers.Mp3Sparks are just looking for
schemes to take your money.Maybe they will work,maybe they won't.
Yes they give a fine product.But I expect to be treated in a certain way,
and expect it,even from all mighty Sparks as well.

You guys can sue them for showing untrue, harming claim, right?

Maybe going for court would be solve this problem.
