I have been having problems getting into my allofmp3 account. I can't remember my password for sure, but have entered every possible one that I can think of, but it won't log me in. When I request it send me my password, it says it sends it to my hotmail account, but doesn't. I've checked both my regular inbox and junk mail folder and have requested it multiple times over multiple days. I have tried e:mailing the support links on allofmp3's page, but haven't heard back from either support@mediaservices or admin@mediaservices. I would like to login to my account and am unable to do so. Can any of the administrators here help? Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do?

looks like to me that you have given them a different email account than the one your using or some how the email adresses have been mixed up. assistance is good about emailing back. it usually takes a few days to a week but they do get back to you. if you dont have much of a balance and not been a member long might be better to register over at mp3 sparks. looks like aomp3 will be closing down sometime in the near future. im not much help so maybe someone else will know what to do

Thanks Chad. It may be that I just have to wait a little longer to hear back. I had the problem before. It's been a couple of days, but maybe they will still get back to me soon. I don't carry a large balance on there, usually only 20ish in case something happens and the site gets shut, but have been on it for a while and have a stupid attachment to this username. It's the one that I used on there and would like to keep it if I can when I transfer to mp3sparks. I noticed under your avatar and in the introductions thread that you live in Billings, MT. I was born there although I live in Long Island now. I miss Montana a lot. I could use some time sitting by a river in the mountains fishing about right now. Catch a trout for me next time you are out!

thats great! i was a flyfishing guide for 8 years on the bighorn but since than retired from that occupation. stick around here and watch this thread im sure someone can give you advice on your problem. in the mean time do some reading here there is some cool stuff going on.
