I've been waiting 3 days for some form of answer as to why, after following their instructions and making the phone call (which has been charged by BT) and had the transaction accepted, that I never recieved the link to the orders page or had my emails replied to. I've checked in the orders on their site but no luck.Has anbody else had this problem?
I've use firefox, BT Broadband ISP and have used cmpass to upload 3 x $20 credits to my account successfully.
To those who've not already tried or failed from UK, change code to UK and click change.
Dial the number given and wait slightly longer than the 7.10 mins specified, as when you look at cmpass it will say go to order once follow it through till it gives an order and a pin no.
