I had this problem this morning on a $20 voucher and the same SQL Syntax error came up after I'd listened to the lovely muzak on hold. I thought you guys might like to know that I emailed them about it and they replied within a couple of hours with the pin code and payment ID ... it's nice to know that they are on the other end of the line, so-to-speak.

As a suggestion, if it does happen to you, cut and paste into your email the telephone number you rang as well as the full SQL syntax error which contains your customer code. Then they can reconcile whether the call was in fact made and match it up to the internal customer number that they have for you on their database.

Anyway, hope this might be of help to someone!

@jazzy639; I'm not sure what the protocol on this forum is about posting email addresses but I simply used the one listed on their site (so, in other words, no great secret). I think that providing them with the information they need to track the misplaced order probably helped a lot.

I have to say that over the years I've found both aom3 and their 'successor' very helpful and responsive but I have noticed that, like with anything in this world, being polite when writing makes a huge difference.

@Solaris; thank you for the kind welcome. I felt that I'd lurked around here on and off for long enough so signing up and posting some helpful information was the least I could do ...
