Is e-centru reliable? - 05-31-2007, 11:35 AM

Hi

I'm an occasional user of AOMP3/Alltunes.

I just discovered today about the switch to mp3sparks. I did the switch and everything was transferred correctly.

Now, when I want to refill my balance, I have an option to do it via CC. The payment processor is e-centru. I would like to know if it is reliable as I've never heard of it before. Payments used to be processed by Chronopay, which was known as reliable.

Also, if you've switched to mp3sparks, can you still use the alltunes explorer ?

Thanks for any info.

Hi meganone,
I have been using e-centru for quite a while and have never had a problem with it. For some reason my account seems to regularly switch between e-centru and chronopay and given a choice I prefer e-centru. Having said this, I know nothing about it really, I have just never had a problem,
Cheers,
Dave C

Keep checking back... The CC option to fill your balance seems to appear/disappear somewhat randomly (or is follwoing a scheme beyond my knowledge)...

E-Centru is totally reliable. The only difference between that and Chronopay is that you only have the option of Visa or Mastercard, when payment options are working that is.

Just keep trying to the Credit Card option.....I've managed to top up 5 times over the last two days by just keep trying and eventually got the link. Then it disappears again......you've just got to keep at it !!!

Hi,
FYI I got the invite and switched to mp3sparks.com recently. With my Bank of America CC I can go online, create a temp. number, specify the limit, and specify the exp. date...so in 30 seconds created a number limit $26! for 2 months to top up $25 on my account which happened. My point- no need to worry about the CC!!
Brian
