Error Message - 06-15-2008, 05:53 AM
I'm getting this really weird error message from allTunes: error at update user basket: memo record is bad in C:\ etc. Has anyone else received this before or can direct me to a better thread? It seems like I should reinstall allTunes.

Reinstall allTunes (like you suggest yourself) and if it doesn't work, then leave a message with MP3Sparks/allTunes Assistance describing the error

That seemed to work, I suppose the file was corrupted. How that happened I don't know.
