actually a great idea: would it not be worthwile to open a small subsection here on the board for
those difficult to find songs, those with incomplete details, with part of names and hints only,
anything short of humming them? it would bring the 'music' idea out front a bit more, and with so
many knowledgable people here, many of us could be helped to find that hidden or lost treasure.

just an idea.

greets - henry

Hi Henry

We have actually been doing this since day one - but not in one single dedicated thread, I'm afraid

But you're obviously right that this would be easier for everyone. Maybe even make it a sticky one?

>> We have actually been doing this since day one - but not in one single dedicated thread, I'm afraid

yes, i have seen it many a times, and in many places, it kind of wobbles along, and then hides
in the chit-chat (i know i will be beaten over the head for this one), fades in fades out.

>> Maybe even make it a sticky one?

not enough, people will not find it, and post otherwhere. but how about a subsection in the MUSIC ROOM
such as 'LOST MUSIC', with a sticky on top that this was an exchange for really difficult to find
pieces/artists/lyrics/whatever, not for general requests like 'where do i find the best of the beatles'?
it would have to be made very clear, that this was for difficult to trace issues only, and only such issues
and conversations would be taken up anyhow.

am i asking to much? henry dreaming again?

greetings - henry
