How can I find my music i downloaded from aomp3 -

When I try to go to my downloaded music it comes up with an error (time out). then I try to explore my folders and it wont let me open up the music file...what can I do to get my downloaded music back...Thanks in advance

If you're talking about AllTunes, I used that for the first time yesterday. Alltunes created a folder in the "My Documents" folder. That's where it puts its tracks.
However, if you click the AllTunes settings icon, you can tell it a new download location of your choice. Settings-->Downloading.
Not sure if this answers your question or helps, but more data needed for better answer. Also, if it times out, check your basket. Your music may not have registered as downloaded. Otherwise, wait 'til you can e-mail somebody at MP3Sparks. They're usually pretty good at crediting your account if the problem is on their end.
