A while back I was able to replenish my balance with alltunes pin codes. Of course, I went berserk and downloaded tons of stuff the first night. Today I was able to add more funds into my Mp3Sparks with my Mastercard, but that balance is not reflected in my alltunes account.

Anyone know why or what I should do?

Hi Maggie,
If it shows up in your mp3sparks account, it should show up in your alltunes one (they are the same thing). Are you sure you are login into alltunes with the account which you just funded and not some other account?

If it shows in your MP3Sparks balance, then it will eventually show in your allTunes balance too.

Have you tried to log off allTunes and then log in again?

If it doesn't show within the next 12 hours, then ask assistance (either allTunes or MP3Sparks) to find out what's wrong... They'll figure it out for you - rest assured

I think I'd ask Alltunes Assistance. MP3Sparks Assistance keeps steadfastly refusing to admit that Alltunes works with sparks accounts. Of course it may well be the same guy on the other end of both assistances, but you know, maybe he has a multiple personality disorder or something.
