First thing I did this morning was try getting to mp3sparks,in light of the new law to take effect.
The page loaded and all still looks good.
Hopefully,it stays that way.

I've not had any problems accessing MP3Sparks or AllTunes.

The real problem is that there's no way to fund my account. This makes everything else rather moot at this point.
