The logic:
Since payments have become difficult or even impossible on AllofMP3 & AllTunes the management of AllofMP3 started MP3Sparks.
On MP3Sparks, payments will eventually for everybody become available. But imagine the Credit Card Companies still want to be policeman and judge at the same time and block payments through their cards, MP3Sparks have now included the option to pay by bank wire.

AllofMP3 have more then 5 million users, of course they want to keep them. So slowly but certainly they transfer accounts from AllofMP3 to MP3Sparks; not that AllofMP3 is illegal but just to play safe.
In the end every registered users of MP3Sparks will be able to pay. A lot of users already are able to pay by card, some by bank wire. Some people can still pay through AllTunes with their CC.
Big time spenders get an invite for MM. It doesn’t matter if you are AllofMP3 of MP3Sparks members. One day they will make you a member of their private club and reward you with a bonus.
If one of the AllofMP3 sites should become illegal in Russia, they will be closed down; all of them.
MM is a nice idée, but even there payments will be made impossible if tomorrow AllofMP3 becomes really illegal. One can’t sell music, even in a private club, without paying loyalties.
I am also pretty sure that the IFPI and co have there spies around. And I am also sure that if they can prove that something really illegal is going on, all the AllofMP3 sites would be closed down.

Conclusion: at the moment there is nothing illegal with AllofMP3 and related sites. Finally they have included the bank wire option that will become available for everybody.
Only; give them some time… imagine 5.000.000 registered users, if only 1% is asking a question every day….

True, but a few lines on their website about what's going on could save them millions of questions.
