Hi all,

As per request from AOM3, I'm starting a new thread for Memphis Member invitations. This is in order to optimize calls to the database used by this forum. It will be made a "sticky" shortly. Please use this from now on.

In order to prevent continuous posts asking for invites of members memphis, this sticky thread has been set up.
Please don't beg for an invite, but be polite in asking. If other memphis members can also help out getting other people signed uped, than that would be great.

People asking for invites:-


(1) must give your AllOfMP3 / mp3sparks user name.
(2) must confirm that you have not have actively* transferred your AllOfMP3 account to MP3Sparks.
(3) must have spent atleast $325 (excluding bonuses) and produce your payment list (cut & pasted from your mp3sparks account details).

*actively transferred means accepted an invite to mp3sparks which would have been sent to your old allofmp3 account.

Consider this first :-

If you are successfully able to access Mp3sparks, but are still compelled to join MM, we advise that you write a note to Assistance on your own behalf. Please do this only if you qualify based on duration of your membership and expenditures. If you have transferred to mp3sparks, we've observed that Assistance react more favorably if you plead your own case when requesting Memphis Membership, then if we recommend you.


Remember, these are not our rules, they are mp3sparks and they will check so please do not waste our time and lie.

For some odd reason my accounon MM is suspended due to a credit card issue, and now tech support/payments group will not respond. They left me a message and I replied to it and now nothing. I'm going through withdrawls. Any ideas?

There is actually a thread addressing this question, although I am unsure of the resolution method. I recommend you surf the forum and see if you can find any answer; perhaps they are looking into resolution on a personal basis.

Following on from the last thread, I put in a recommendation for rockrock (who appeared to have been recommended several times). Checking my Memphis Members, I've had a message from Assistance: "MemphisMembers.com support reply: Please, write ones again his login."

What is the situation on rockrock? Is this his user name? Also, has he already transferred to mp3sparks? I understand recommending users of that is a waste of time as members of mp3sparks are generally ok making payments.

Hope to hear from someone who knows what the situation is with this.

Actually nobody knows what really happens with rockrock (I've tried to recommend him/her yesterday), but it seems that "rockrock" isn't his/her userID.

We only can wait for a rockrock's answer to our posts and our PM's.

Hi Mel,
Rockrock has been recommended by one other person and they got the same reply as you; user name not known. Rockrock has been asked for his correct username by Kalvin, but as rockrock has not been back to the forum since asking for the invite, it is unlikely we will hear back. Thanks alot for trying, but I think we will take him off the list for now (leaving no one to try for that number 200 spot),

I made a request for membership a few weeks ago when Solaris was active, however it was never followed up. I did not have access to mp3.com payments since the beginning Sept. of 2006 and I added just under $100 between the end of July and the beginning of Sept. I began having problems downloading also in August with the site not being available.
(I have not transferred to mp3sparks.com)
I understand my balance is low, as a result I sent a message to AllTunes support last month and I was asked to ask someone to make a recommendation for me. (I am also having problems accessing mp3sparks.com- unless it is down everywhere- another reason I am requesting membership- if the site goes down again).

My user name is boxmail - unfortunately, I cannot post my payment history, however I provided the information and my user name to support and a few weeks later I received the reply I indicated (I can paste the text if it would help).
