mp3sparks login error - 12-04-2008, 05:57 PM

I am not sure if anyone has already addressed this but everytime I try to log on to mp3sparks I get this:

Error CheckCache"

Any ideas on how to fix this? Is it my computer or my browser? I have tried it with Internet Explorer and Firefox but I get the same issues.

Yes, I'm getting the same thing. These kind of interruptions happen every so often.

Maybe you should clear out the internet Cache on your computer.

All the temp internet files

Hi Nightfly

Just dropped in to see if this was posted already. I'm having the same problem. Closed Firefox which automatically clears everything in the cache; no go. Rebooted. No go. Tried Safari; no go. I would say it's that ever stable Sparks.

I've never had this before.

Hey Martinman,

Then they made be having problems, that we hope they fix soon...

When you get on their site drop a line to assistance and let them know about it,under the tech section.

I can get on and get to Tech Support but once I try to submit the message, I get the same "error checkcache". Likely maintenance issues. They've been doing quite well since my last message was Oct. 27 and it still took a few days to sort out. So, that's about a month...

Edit if you must.

I had the same problem for the first time this morning (using Firefox). I looked at another few sites, closed the browser, then came back to Sparks about 20 minutes later and all was OK.

Cheers,

I can't get anything to work still. If you can get through, or anyone else for that matter can you help others out as per Nightfly's request above?

Thanks,
Martinman

Hi,

Just an update. I've been jumping around on Sparks, Memphis Members and allTunes to see what happens, and I did reproduce the problem once moving between screens on MM. I went back a page and then tried again and it was OK. For me it seems to be intermittent and not yet a big problem.

Sorry, not much help, but as the problem occurs on both Sparks and MM, but no other sites, and for different people, it would point to a technical issue with their systems.

Cheers,

i just talked to assistance and seems that they have been having technical problems with ip addresses, locations.

they said the problems should be ironed out within a few days. if not pm me and we can go from there.
