Since I was given a link to this post in another thread...what the hey.

- Your login in allofmp3: icee_smooth
- whether you are a Mac or a PC user: PC user
- whether you are able to see your logon credentials validated in Alltunes: Able to log into AllTunes (both the website and the desktop application)
- if you are using Alltunes - whether you're able to pay: Unable to refill through Alltunes
- when was the last time you tried to log in with mp3sparks. About two weeks ago.

PS.. What is the story with combining accounts?
I deposited in my new Sparks acct; but as with others, would rather have kept my old acct. alive. Plus, as I wrote elsewhere, my old login gives me whole song preview on Alltunes, not just 90 secs.

Now that we've transferred your old login to Sparks, are you still hearing only 90 seconds? I find that story rather bizarre - but like I said earlier, not much with regards to AllOfMp3/Sparks/MM surprises me anymore!

No, Assistance do not "merge" accounts. We've dealt with that misunderstanding a couple of weeks ago. Someone thought that they do, and then everyone wanted their old and new account histories merged -
