Hello all. I tried logging into mp3sparks and got denied. Sent for the lost password and everything came up and I tried logging in again. No dice. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Self-help is probably a good idea to help reduce the load on Frunze and Shadman, but people don't need to start new Sparks accounts to do it. You can write yourself and ask to be migrated either through Alltunes, which has an assistance function, or by writing directly to Sparks assistance at support@mp3sparks.com.

I never receive a response to an email I've sent to support@mp3sparks.com but did get a response when sent the same thing through Assistance link. Both were during my Sparks days, pre MM

Hello Tip,
have you tried Alltunes? Because if your credentials aren't validating in Alltunes, maybe you're not typing in something right. Alltunes would recognize your logon ID. Can you please check and post the response? Thanks.

Hello hincksmd and welcome to the forum.

Are you using Alltunes at all? Because it is a very good option and it also allows you to check if your account is valid. Can you please let me know if your login credentials resolve in Alltunes and I will be happy to include you on the list that will go to Assistance. Also try to log on today again to Sparks and see if the problem has not resolved itself; sometimes it does, maybe they migrate accounts in batches or something. Let me know.

I will include your name, don't worry. Just wanted to make sure the login credentials work before submitting to Assistance. By the way, can you pay through Alltunes?
