This thread is being established to track users who (a) had a valid user ID on allofmp3; (b) cannot use the same credentials to login with mp3sparks; (c) are NOT memphismembers. Please let us know the following:

- Your login in allofmp3;
- whether you are a Mac or a PC user;
- whether you are able to see your logon credentials validated in Alltunes;
- if you are using Alltunes - whether you're able to pay;
- when was the last time you tried to log in with mp3sparks;
- how did you find this thread/forum (in short)?

today I tried to login to mp3sparks with allofmp3 login: it failed

I do have a different MP3Sparks account which I created about a month ago when (a) I was unable to replenish my AllofMP3 account and (b) unable to use my AllofMP3 login credentials.

I am wondering whether (eventually) it will be possible to merge the two accounts (and hence benefit from both my AllofMP3 and MP3Sparks histories.

Can see my credits in Alltunes and am able to pay through e-centru with Mastercard only! Need the option for VISA, don't have Mastercard.

Tried logging in to Sparks with AllOfMP3 login info and failed. (1 hour ago)

I am also interested in an answer for merging 2 accounts, as I also had to create a Sparks account with new information.

Please read the post by Viracocha regarding you in the MM Membership thread. There are issues in Assistance recognizing your name. Kindly please follow the advise from Assistance in that reply.

- if you are using Alltunes - whether you're able to pay: "Unfortunately, the payment could not be processed currently".

i have taken these current user names and given them to assistance i hope they will strighten out this problem.

Koenfucius you need to give me the user names on both accounts and ill see if assistance can delate one and move your balance to the other one.

i will keep you all posted on what assistance has to say.
