Hello,

first of all, i´m germany (Duesseldorf) customer of 1&1 16000/1024 ADSL2+ customer, the technical partner from 1&1 is Telefonica sa (mediaways.net) and the routing to mp3sparks goes further to gogent and ends there; as described before.
I have two ! DSL at 1&1 and i will give them a note, with 1 ! Week to solve, that i can´t reach my favorite music store any more and when they don´t solve the routimg problems, i cancel my accounts directly!!! they don´t fullfil their contract. Other friend with other ISP´s reach the site with no problems !

I´m aware 1&1 won´t react, so i have to go to my bank and close the permit for 1&1 to pull the money; i think i´m aware, what that means, but it´s worth to me the circumstances: lot´s of hassel !!! im´m sure but when we don´t do things like this, nothing will happen !

Well, as mentioned before, it isn't your ISP, who is blocking your access to MP3Sparks (not deliberately anyway) - it's the backbone's "fault."

Normally you would be pretty content with such a blocking because it stops a heavy flow of spam from Turkey but please read these three Forum Announcements to get the background story: http://www.aom3.org/forum/allofmp3-m...uncements.html

So either the fine people at MP3Sparks have an ingenious plan with this move of their front entrance to Turkey - or else they really are in serious trouble...
