We have had a positive reply from MemphisMembers Assistance, that we from now on can point you guys directly to allTunes Assistance (Technical Support), where you can have your username migrated from the “old” AllOfMP3 to MP3Sparks


It is important that you understand that this will only be an advantage, if you have spend enough money to have accumulated a higher bonus than the one you get as a new member, when paying for the first time.

If you are a PC user:


Download the allTunes application here: Download allTunes software for PC or Smartphone

Install the allTunes application.

Log into the application using your “old” AllOfMP3 username and password.

Go to the upper right corner of the application and press the question mark (Help).

This will take you to allTunes Assistance (Technical Support).

There you tick the Tech Support button and write something like this:


Hi allTunes Assistance.

I am not able to log into MP3Sparks using my "old" AllOfMP3 username and would very much like to be able to do so. Could you please transfer my AllOfMP3 username to MP3Sparks?

My AllOfMP3 username is: ………
