Well, I didn't spend enough on aomp3 in the last year to qualify for MM, and despite several requests to transfer my balance to mp3 sparks, I never seemed to get the link, but I was just able to fill my balance for the first time since this whole mess went down through alltunes.

Not quite. The Alltunes thing is a NEW payment mystery. Some people get sent to e-centru when they try that and THOSE people can now pay. Others of us still get sent to Chronopay, which doesn't work. Nobody knows the deal with this yet.
