Payment Instability

'Tried to top off my balance at Memphis. No luck...dead page. Who do they use for refilling and why am I getting a dead page?

Then tried through AllTunes. 'Got to e-centru, but it only takes MasterCard. A minor hassle, as I 'd rather use my Visa, but it worked.

Any idea what's going on with our esteemed comrades banking system?

Memphis is temporarily unavailable, so I can't double check your informations - Memphis payment system was up and running just the other day

I topped up my account yesterday using the Memphis web site and my Visa card. The payment went through ok (to appear as mp3sparks.com) and I received a confirmation from Chronopay but no money has reached my account. Today the Memphis site is not available so not sure what is going on.

Hi Lance.

Memphis is up and running again and I just tested if it was possible to add to my account.

I had no problems at all - I was (speedily even) taken to the actual payment site of MemphisMembers

Try again - maybe that's what they were just fixing

Update after 12 hours,
All top up is now in my account.
I have been very impressed with the level of customer care that these guys have taken over the years that I have been using them. I haven't had many problems but when I have they have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Interesting. My MM payments always used to go through a special bit at Sparks and since Sparks went down I couldn't fund MM/Alltunes. Now MM deals with its own payments without reference to Sparks.

Wonder if this will be permanent for MM or just a temp thing to get MM back up and running for payments?
