Still waiting for a transfer invitation too. Sent an email to assistance and got the same reply as many: "All information about our additional services is in your Balance section at the site." But of course it's not.

What does the little spinning wheel mean?

This is a standard message they give ...which is their polite way of
saying. .. No, not now
I received the same message when I requested the same...
I have heard from many that one day, a link will magically appear in your
balance section and transform your life...I personally am not holding my breath because I appreciate my life...lol..but it could happen maybe with
a bit of Patience and Luck...hang in there read the forums and look
for payment and alternative musical options..

When you have an important message in your Assistance section, then a red spinning wheel appear next to the word Assistance.

I am now a fully fledged MM - got a bonus - spent it - added some credit spent half of it ! but still cannot make a payment from MM and get the following when I try to add more funds by CC

MM payments go through Sparks as far as I know. It sounds like there is a server problem on their end. I'd try again later.

I am slowly but surely getting there! Tonight the link worked I got through to MP3 Sparks from MM clicked all the right buttons got ready to pay by credit card but then they tried to direct me to chronopay (and then it all went rapidly downhill!),

I owe AOM (or MM) $25 so I am sure that assistance will work out something :0). I somewhat naievely thought that getting an invite to MM would solve these problems.

Hi Elfcall,
I guess you might have already tried this, but have you tried login into the mp3sparks website with your MM account? For me, this give me the opposite payment option which I see when I login in using the MM website:- I.e.; when I login into MM I get the option of chronopay and when I go through the mp3sparks website I get the option of e-centru. Might be worth trying if you have not already,

Cheers Dave C - i'll give it a go. Last time I tried I still could not log on at mp3sparks (but this was the same time I could not use the MM link either).
