On mp3sparks, what's the "personal bonus" 1% mean?

Hi Chamlin

Next time you deposit funds, you should get an additional 1% added to your account for free. As you spend more, your personal bomus should increase gradually up to 30%.

I would be impressed if anyone could answer this. As the pricing plan is by Mb, you could work it out if you knew how many TBs their collection is.
