Are you mellowing a bit? I think you forgot to put in the disclaimer not to expect much from their customer service. I will put it in from my experience. You can write them diverjones, but please don't expect much in the way of help. I have used them for years and can't say I've had problems but I do know others on this forum have complained of their lack of replying to customers or resolving their problems. Go for it if you like.
