I also have ety ER6i iems as well as some other phones and cans and if you like clarity above bass they're great.
If you want more bass and iems you could buy cheap mylars or higher end shures. If you want more bass than etys but great clarity you could always cough up for custom fits like ue10 phones if you have the cash, listen to lossless and have access to an audiologist.
