I watched the CMA awards last night,I really liked Kid Rock doing a cross
between Whare Wolfs of London and Sweet Home Alabama the audience
gave him a standing O.
It had it's moments,but it was pretty dry all and all.

Sorry to hear about your weather as ours seems to be improving at the moment, it looks as if it will be quite warm over the weekend.

I doubt there will be any mention of the CMA Awards here let alone it being on TV, although it sounds as if you did not find it too inspiring so I probably have not missed a lot.

It's not really fair of me to judge it really,not being a huge mainstream country
fan and being from NY,some of the songs I don't relate to being a city boy.

But if you want to know where all the "rock and roll" guitar players went,
they crossed over to Country music.
