But where would one might be able to find all these GREAT exercise dance tracks?

Well, I think you are perfectly capable to answer that question yourself, Sweet Frunze

As stated by others it has to be something a lot closer to the rhythm of your heart in the given situation

Of ALL the songs I've EVER run to the below three are closest to my maximum heartbeat, when I run the fastest and therefore brilliant to finish a race with:

New Order-World (The Price Of Love)(Paul Oakenfold Remix)

Frankie Goes To Hollywood-Relax (New York Mix)

Moses-We Just (Ben Liebrand Remix)
A man after my own heart

And thanks for getting "We just" getting stuck into my head for the rest of the evening. The last time I hummed "we just", "we just", "we just" all night was only last week

Thumbs up For the males of this forum - 08-02-2008, 03:05 AM

Even if you normally don't like dance music at all, then I bet that A.T.B.-Ecstasy will make a lasting impression on you (if you're of the male gender) watching this classic "America's Got Talent"-performance:

YouTube - America's Got Talent - Great gymnastic girl habilities

Lilia Stepanova: I just knew something good had in fact come out of Moldova (besides E-Centru of course)

You well know what is!

It's when you reach out your right arm, flex the fingers of your hand to firmly grasp the glass of beer sitting on the table in front of you.
The arm is the rotated at the elbow to bring said beer grasping hand towards ones mouth.
The wrist is then rotated gently to align the rim of said beer glass with one lips.
The wrist is then rotated further to pour the liquid into ones mouth.
The throat muscles are then given a quick work-out to swallow the liquid.
The action of the arm is then reversed to replace the glass on the table.
Every once in a while extreme exercise is called for when one has to rise to refill the glass - unless of course you can get someone else to perform this part of the exercise for you.

Do this daily a number of times and before long you will have the body of an Inca god

Unfortunately mere mortals, such as we are, realise we cannot compete with the gods of the internet, and are resigned not to try

Personally my exercise take the form of walking - and no not just to the pub

I know, I know... These days, after Viracocha School of Internet Wisdom, finding them actually might happen. Identifying them - now that's probably more of a challenge. I like "Run Lola Run" soundtrack - but want more of the same, it gets old after a while, you know?

Speaking of soundtracks, I use the Brat 1 and 2 soundtracks for a slower cardio work out or for weights.

"Are you all gangsters?" "No we are Russians" Great quote
