You well know what is!
It's when you reach out your right arm, flex the fingers of your hand to firmly grasp the glass of beer sitting on the table in front of you.
The arm is the rotated at the elbow to bring said beer grasping hand towards ones mouth.
The wrist is then rotated gently to align the rim of said beer glass with one lips.
The wrist is then rotated further to pour the liquid into ones mouth.
The throat muscles are then given a quick work-out to swallow the liquid.
The action of the arm is then reversed to replace the glass on the table.
Every once in a while extreme exercise is called for when one has to rise to refill the glass - unless of course you can get someone else to perform this part of the exercise for you.
Do this daily a number of times and before long you will have the body of an Inca god
