48 hour downloads - 11-26-2008, 09:13 AM

My computer just died recently and about 4 days ago I downloaded songs from various sites including mp3fiesta. I was able to go back and redownload my songs from the other sites but because fiesta has only a 48 hour download period i cant retrieve them.

I dont go to a lot of sites, but which is more common - unlimited access to download history or only a short-term one eg 48 hours?

Certainly with Lavamus & MP3Skyline you can re-download your tracks anytime.

Hope this helps?

mp3sale allow you to download anytime and re-download anytime as well.

Procol Harum's A Whiter Shade of Pale is the most played song in public places in the last 75 years, according to a chart compiled for BBC Radio 2. (April 2009)

my advice for you is to run-away from mp3fiesta as far as you can and goto mp3skyline or mp3sale.

I wouldn't say it unless I meant it.

Thanks All

Yes I do use other 'providers' and will look at mp3fiesta in the future when my account runs dry.

On the brighter side - i discovered that i still had the 'missing' files from that site on another partition which i had overlooked after my computer rebirth.

Now it seems the other missing files i needed (and are nowhere else on my system) are on skyline and downloading there atm is not happening.

Bottom line though - it seems better to stick to those who offer unrestricted access to previous files - a lesson learnt.

You have also got unlimited access to all your previously bought files on soundsbox and musicmp3.ru.
