Hi

Started using MP3Fiesta in Feb, downloaded a few albums, returned to site after a week or so of not using it only to find my balance wiped to zero. Have emailed their support twice over a week ago, and no reply, balance still at zero.

I had about $20 left on it when I last used it, so would like to know what happened to my money. Anyone else have this happen? Did you get it sorted?

Hi Fiona C & welcome to the Forum ,
I have never had this happen to me, or heard of it happening to anyone else. You might try pm'ing your mp3Fiesta username to solution & see if there is anything he can suggest. Hope you get it sorted out soon,

Young Dave there seems to mix up a few of our prominent site administers and co-forum members

I never used MP3Fiesta, but I have used AllofMP3 (now MP3Sparks) for 5 years. I am a Phoenixmember now. I never experienced such problems. The support was always prompt as well.
They will obviously help you. Try again.

Only recently signed up and deposited with them. Very pleased with the wide catalogue, ease of searching and speed of downloads.

A very good alternative to Sparks.
