QUESTION: How do I download without needing to right-click on EVERY SINGLE FILE In an album? I can do that, it just takes so long to do it to each individual tune!

Thanks,

Hi CallDon,

Great to hear that you were able to set up another account and add funds to it

As for downloads, if you are using the Firefox browser, there is an application called DownThemAll, which allows you to download every song in an album.

Alternatively, if you are using IE7, it`s best to use a download accelerator like Flashget or Free Download Manager, but that still involves having to right-click on each track.

Have to agree with you there, Chris.

I use Fiesta a lot and am very happy with their service.
Have never had any problems either

To save time and energy, I downloaded Firefox and Downthemall. It worked great once I figured it out. One problem is, if you have already downloaded tunes in the "download" page and if you buy/add more tunes, Downloadthemall sees ALL the tunes as ready to be downloaded. You must un-select all the tunes you have already downloaded. Lots of effort if you have already downloaded a few hundred tunes, as I had.

PROBLEM: Yesterday and today, I cannot get it to accept any more funds so I can purchase more tunes! I tried last night and tried today. I am able to enter all the personal and credit card info. After pressing the confirm payment button, the little "circle" spins and spins and nothing else ever happens. The only way to stop it is to leave the page by going back or reloading the page, which eliminates all the info!

BTW, I tried "recharging" in both Firefox and IE. Same thing happened in both.

I guess I will keep trying!

Have you tried to both clean out your cache/temporary internet files and flush your DNS?

"Flush" the DNS???

I finally figured it out and did it. Cleared the internet cache. Still getting nowhere.

After tying the info and submitting it, all I get is the little spinning thing. No refil.

And I have the next two days off just for this downloading project. I don't know what else to do since nobody else seems to have this problem now.

Well, I spoke too soon. The first refill worked. I tried a few minutes ago on the "alternate" computer and guess what? Now, even that computer is unable to refill mp3fiesta. Why can't things work the way they are supposed to work?? I just wanna give them money and get music! But it ain't workin'.

Why don't you just go to Rutunes.com and find yourself another site
that takes your money?

You don't seem to be having much luck with mp3fiesta........
