I guess the fact that we're all here at the same time would indicate that maintenence is a likely cause. I have pretty much read this entire forum, and haven't seen this particular problem.
I'm kind of trying to use customer service as a last resort as I already bothered them once today on a billing question that I jumped the gun on. They were very quick to respond, though.
I am concerned that if it's not resolved within the 48 hour period I will have to pay for them again. Plus these are albums that are next to impossible to find and have been looking for for 10-15 years. I am anxious to hear them again.
