certificate problem

I went to Fiesta to add money to my balance and got a warning that my web browser could not identify Fiesta as a trusted site and their certificate could not be verified. So I switched to a different browser and this time was unable to get the Fiesta payment site to come as a secure site (no lock showing). Any suggestions? I am not going to enter a credit card number under these conditions.

Whole site is down for me at this moment in time in the UK.

You could try contacting Fiesta support or you could also PM "solution" from this site who is their rep on here, yes "solution" is really his name.

Fiesta is down for me too at the moment.
I get "504 Gateway Time-Out" message.

The issue that rory raised does sound worrying. I hope there is a genuine explanation for it, and it is not as bad as it sounds.

Fiesta are one of the stores I use the most for downloads, and I sincerely hope they will continue "legitimately".

Whatever the problem was, it's been fixed because the Fiesta payment page is coming up as secure.

Just an update on Fiesta payments..

Whatever the problem was seems to have been fixed now.
I was able to top up my balance through the usual secure server
