I have never had a problem using MP3Fiesta (other than the fact that they inexplicably have no Genesis albums).

1. Download desired songs to specified new folder from MP3Fiesta.
2. Open ITunes
3. Click "File" then "Add Folder to library" then select your new folder
4. Sync Ipod as your normally would

Keep in mind that you probably want to create your new folder in the appropriate place (e.g., c:/my music/(artist)/(Album)
