Unhappy Download Problem - 01-09-2008, 08:20 AM

I registered with MP3Fiesta yesterday, but cant download to my PC - when I right- click as instructed my 'save target as' line is greyed out. Have tried to contact them but no response yet. Anyone any ideas how to resolve download problem?

Hi sarah47 and welcome to the forum

Have you tried to log out and then log into MP3Fiesta again? It seems that this small manoeuvre is the recipe to several hiccups on MP3Fiesta

Please come back and tell us if this solution worked or not

Bugger I really had hoped that it would suffice
I really hope solution gets his act together over at MP3Fiesta - because this is certainly not a good business strategy

Just to let you know, I heard back from MP3Fiesta support - they suggested using a download manager which was a new concept to me...found a freebie and it has worked!!

Hi sarah47.

I'm glad they finally were able to help you

Thank you for reporting this. I'm sure Solution (their site administer) is quite satisfied too that you put some time aside to do so

When you have gotten used to your download manager, then you should try out the most brilliant combination of them all: Firefox browser, FlashGot extension, Free Download Manager and the Free Download Manager Firefox-plugin. I download a full album (15-20 tracks) in less than one minute now
