Download Problems - 11-21-2007, 08:17 PM

Over the last hour I have been trying to download my albums that I have purchased from MP3Fiesta. I had a computer failure a couple of days ago.

I am using the Freeware program FlashGet, as recommended on this Forum.

I just tried to download my 5 albums. The 3 Reba McIntire ones have downloaded fine. However, MP3Fiesta have stopped me downloading the Timbaland and The Libertines. When I copied them to FlashGet for download, it stated that I had 1 day left on each. However, they have now been removed. Strangly, MP3Fiesta downloaded the 3 Reba albums first, even though I bought the Timbaland and The Libertines ones first!

This is unacceptable. I have paid for these albums and expect to be able to download them! Please can MP3Fiesta sort it out so I can download them or re-credit me my money!

Thanks,
Afton

Hi Afton.

Remember that you can also contact Solution (the site administrator) directly, if you click the support link in the upper right corner of the MP3Fiesta home page and choose "Technical Problem"

Tried everything and still they do not reply.

Pretty poor Customer Service!

(Note: Seva, at Soundsbox.com, is great at replying to questions)!

Hi Afton.

I must say that you have been patient and I'm sorry that you haven't heard from Solution yet - it's very unlike him

If you go though all the posts in this sub forum, you can make sure that he has always replied pretty quick in the past

Hi Afton.

I must admit that it's also been a while, since I last observed Solution in our forum

And you did contact the support section on the MP3Fiesta homepage, right?

It is really strange
