Unhappy Download troubles - 08-05-2008, 01:59 AM

Anyone else having trouble when they attempt to download? The songs appear on my download page but when I use IDM or even "save target as" the following message appears:
Internet Explorer cannot download... (song title.mp3 from downloads.mp3fiesta.com.
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Interner site. The requested site is either unavailable of cannot be found. Please try again later.

Been happening since Saturday (8/2), and was able to download before.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Hi 7DollarsLeft and welcome to the forum

Have you tried to log out - and then in again?

Clearing your Cache/Temporary Internet Files?

Clearing the Download History in your Download Manager?

If the above three things don't help, then please contact MP3Fiesta support here: Service - MP3fiesta.com

same problems downloading files - 08-07-2008, 02:13 PM

Hi....I am a new user to this Forum.

I too just joined Mp3Fiesta and tried to order some songs. My songs show up in the Download section but when I try to download them in IE I get the same message as 7DollarsLeft. I tried FireFox and it tries but completes much too quickly...I end up with a 1Kb file. Yes, I tried logging out/in, deleting all temporary files,, and deleting cookies.

Funny how the rest of the site works perfectly.....my balance updated as soon as I ordered the songs. They sure know how to take your money but they don't appear to deliver! Do not buy music from Mp3Fiesta!

Plenty of good sites on here, you just happened to pick the one (fiesta) that a number of us members are out of favour with, including me.

Could try mp3sale, lavamus, musicmp3, and golden, amongst others.

Procol Harum's A Whiter Shade of Pale is the most played song in public places in the last 75 years, according to a chart compiled for BBC Radio 2. (April 2009)

I thought that it was Mp3Fiesta that are out of favor with us, not the other way around

update - 08-09-2008, 12:13 AM

They wrote back to me and said they were having troubles delivering the music and that they would credit my account. However I've been checking my account all day and they have not credited the account. Stay away from Mp3Fiesta...it is not reliable.

Yep, I got the same message too (that they were having trouble with some of the downloads). I was refunded quickly and everything seems to be okay now. Thanks for all the replies.
