Do KAGI take a while to process payments?

I've just made a payment by credit card but I haven't received an email from them confirming and my balance at mp3fiesta has not been credited yet.

I appreciate I only did this an hour or so ago and its the middle of the night in the US (I'm in UK) but should I be worried

My previous experiences on other music sites (aomp3, mp3sugar and musicmp3) are that the credit has appeared instantaneously

For some time I can give answers for some questions about mp3fiesta.

Processing of bank cards takes several hours in the KAGI system. If you have paid for mp3fiesta, please, don't worry. For technical reason payment processing go slowly. Also, for the first time, please, save your Transaction ID, which appear in the end of ordering.

chris7, i know this problem and unfortunately it's not only with your account. We work hard to accelerate process of balance update. If we'll need some info you'll receive email from us. Most likely all errors will correct tomorrow.

I have just received an email from fiesta to tell me my account has been refilled, I have checked myself manually and yes everything appears to be OK, my thanks to Solution and all the Fiesta team. The Paypal option is one that many of us like to use, long may it continue.
