We all have our favourites on this forum and MP3Fiesta is mine, most albums are 99 cents or less, the bitrate can be luck of the draw but is usually fine, sometimes excellent. The general service/email situation is very good and helpful, all it needs is a downloader similar to soundsbox, and in my opinion it would be the dogs bollox.
