Question Has Anyone Refilled Their Balance - 06-16-2008, 03:59 PM

On mp3fiesta since their "Double the Prices" policy a few weeks ago. Hand on heart I have not, in fact if you have followed my other threads you will know that I actually have had a £15+ refund after complaining many times and eventually succeeding. I was just wondering if others had?

Certainly not - received my refund and transferred it to Lavamus. Maybe one day I'll use them again but, as a point of principle, this could take a while!

After the increase I chose to NOT invest the $100 USD on Fiesta. Too bad as I wanted some things they had...

Hi Chris,

No, not a chance. I doubt if I will ever refill my balance, now that I was able to top up my Sparks account and have a good balance remaining at Legalsounds.
In fact, I followed your example and asked them for a refund of my last payment ($29.90 + bonus).
I received an e-mail from them the following day (7 June) to say my payment had been refunded and sure enough the amount was removed from my balance.
However, the refund is still not showing up in my credit card account, so I have e-mailed them again to chase it up.
Here`s hoping...
