The songs i downloaded will not play on my itunes. Please help

Not sure why you are having this problem. Attached is a link where there was some discussion about getting mp3s to work with itunes. There are some ideas which might me worth trying:- http://www.aom3.org/forum/mp3fiesta/...ng-itunes.html.
Also, you might want to try importing them into windows media player or some other player just to check the files are okay. Sure they will be, I have downloaded loads of stuff from mp3fiesta & never had any problem??

I just logged out of my itunes and went back in and they worked. thanks for your help

No probs. When things are broken I usually just keep turning them on and off until they work,

I wish that were the case with my IPOD. I hate ITUNES very much, so I decided to turn my IPOD feature on which turns it into a storable drive. I just drag-drop music onto the hard drive. One month later, I developed problem sectors in the hard drive and it will not boot properly. I recently found out from APPLE that IPOD is not made to play bit rates higher than 128. Woops. All of my music is 198 or better.
