How is MP3Fiesta's customer service

I just recently joined and funded MP3Fiesta. The first album I downloaded was Talib Kweli's Eardrum. The problem was it was not the album. The album they have labeled as "Eardrum" is mixture of everybody but Talib. I emailed their support informing them of the error and asking for a refund. But I would like to know if I just did this in vain or do they respond to customers. It's no biggie but was wondering if it is a lost cause from this outfit.

They do respond to customers. I've never asked for a refund though, but they were very good at taking my requests for albums not available in their site.

Yeah they do offer email support, maybe not as quick as some like, but they do contact you.

Ill see if i can get hold of solution for you

I have always found the customer support to be good and normally a reply within 24-36 hours, I have made a couple of requests for albums and they duly appeared some time later.

Having "Solution" on here from time to time is also a great help.
