I'm kind of past caring about this by now, but I thought I'd just ask if anyone else has ever had this problem, at least so I don't feel so alone!
Back when I first joined
MP3Fiesta back in May, I added $50 to my account which was never credited, and I never received a confirmation email, even though the money went out of my credit card.
I email them and received no response, I emailed again, got a message saying that I had created two accounts (which I know I didn't) and asked for my credit card statement, account details, etc which I sent. No response was forthcoming, I sent the info again, still not response.
I found this forum, posted a message and was told to PM Solution who was the site rep. This I did, and still no response.
Now I have long since considered that I am out of pocket $50 (plus the $50 bonus that I should have received), but what continues to annoy me is when everyone says how great
MP3Fiesta is to deal with, how reliable they are, how quickly they respond, etc.
Either I am extremely unlucky, or I've just been pushed into the too hard basket. Yes I know I'll never see my money, and no I've never had a problem using my account since, but surely I'm not the only one who has experienced this and left with a bitter taste in my mouth?
