You must write their assistance and let them know of the situation,

I had the same problem this week - 20 us dollars has vanished.

I have writtne to them so we'l see what happens, did anyone hear anymore on this?

I have been trying to refill my balance at mp3fiesta.com and I cannot. Seems they are down. When you try to load up money, you just get a blank web page. I have emailed and emailed their support and have had no reply. This just happened in the last 2 days. I hope that they get back online soon. Guess I'll have to go somewhere else! I was mad about them raising their prices so high anyway. Good luck to those of you who loaded funds. I would call your credit card company or bank and tell them that it was an "unauthorized draft" from your account and the bank will usually put the money back in your account. At least in the United States they do!!

on top of the page...Maybe you can find a good shop with good customer
service,take CCs,and have great catalogues...they do exist!

I could use some help. I stumbled across this page today and it seems like things change pretty fast around here. I tried to sign up for MP3Sparks but wasn't able to put any money into an account there. Since I'm new to this I could use some help finding a shop. I'm looking for basic stuff to fill my collection - Beatles, Goo Goo Dolls, Coldplay, Indigo Girls, Alicia Keys, John Mayer, etc. Any ideas or should I spend the time to read through all the reviews? thanks!
