Hi everyone,

Yesterday I refilled my MP3Fiesta balance with $39.90, but my balance is still $0.00. I received an email confirming the $39.90 was taken off my credit card. But I cannot download music because my balance has not refilled, even though I have been charged the $39.90. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi Irlanda and welcome to the forum

Write a PM to forum member Solution, who is the administrator at MP3Fiesta and explain your situation to him.

You can also press the support link in the upper right corner of the MP3Fiesta homepage: Service - MP3fiesta.com and write him from there.

All other forum members, who have had this problem, Solution has taken care of

Give him a few days to resolve the matter and remember to come back and tell us how it went.

If its any consolation I have had exactly the same thing - I've mailed Solution to try to get it sorted.
