Question Mp3fiesta Payment Problems - 12-28-2007, 07:04 PM

Hello Everyone,

I am a new member to this board. Hopefully it will be helpful in my music purchasing

I just found this mp3fiesta website and I added $19.90 to my account yesterday morning, but my account balance still reads zero. I know other people have had this problem, and have contacted a member of this community named "solution". Does this person still post here, can he/she help me, or does anyone else know what I should do?

"solution" is your man, and plenty of patience is the name of the game, have you tried the website support as well, although it is Xmas and waiting times may vary!

The good news is to my knowledge, no one has been turned over by mp3fiesta, it has all come good in the end.

Hi awood85 and welcome to the forum


MP3Fiesta administrator and aom3.org forum member, solution, must be on an extended vacation - because his last activity here was on December 10

I think your best shot right now might be MP3Fiesta Support: Service - MP3fiesta.com

But like chris7 says - we haven't heard about anyone being cheated out of their money at MP3Fiesta, even if it must be frustrating to wait for the replenishment to come through

Could you please report back, when you know something definitive?

I emailed them yesterday, but still have not had a response. Hopefully, the issue gets resolved

I am not sure if this is a new user account issue but...

I just added money using Visa to my MP3fiesta account today. The amount
shown on the upper right hand of the page did not update. After checking
the history and balance pages, it shows that the credit had gone through but
did not appear on the browser page. It seemed like the value had been cached
and would not update, even with a page refresh.

So I did a complete logout and login, and the balance was updated.

We have had 4-5 MP3Fiesta customers through the forum this last month with precisely that problem - maybe that's the trick

It could very well be a new user account issue as I've just joined MP3Fiesta and added money to my account. While the amount I added showed under the 'Account' section it did not show on the upper right hand of main page so, as you suggested, I logged out and logged back in and it worked.
