Log out from MP3Fiesta and log back in - this has been the recipe (almost) each time it has taken forever for forum members to get their accounts replenished

I've tried my Mastercard and my Visa debit card and with both I get a response of "The payment transaction is prohibited" (at mp3fiesta)

Any suggestions? Does anyone know if a pre-paid Credit Card will work?

Thanks for the quick response. To answer your question, YES, I have asked them but it was only a couple of hours ago when I submitted the question. Obviously this isn't ample time for them to reply.

Have you heard of this problem? How is everyone else funding their accounts?

Well, it sometimes take them a while to answer (24-48 hours) but they will answer eventually

On some of the other Russian/Ukrainian sites ( www.RuTunes.com and http://www.aom3.org/forum/26363-post231.html ) they (officially) have a problem with accepting Visa or MasterCard from American citizens - that's why you sometimes have to communicate directly with their Assistances
