Hello,

I am having problems with my account. I have tried for the past 3 weeks to upload more money to my account, but it will not let me. There is no box to put my credit card information. I have sent a complaint to mp3fiesta.com several times, but I have only gotten one answer from a person whose first language wasn't english. I have logged on and off countless times but I still cannot refill my balance. it saddens me to see what used to be such a great and diverse mp3 website decline into such a mess. A reply would be very much appreciated because I still want very badly to continue to use it's services. And I apologize in advance if I have offended anyone.

We no longer have a Mp3fiesta Rep pressence here.And "we" certainly
can't help you.All I can suggest is maybe they are having troubles there,
and you would be wise to put your money somewhere else,where they actually want your money and give you good customer service.Please
look at our reviews of all the music shops on top of the page,and maybe
you can find a new shop that will welcome you.

Amazed I had to read so far before coming up with a Huge complaint against Fiesta......
The glowing ' Review ' naturally omitted the arbitrary doubling of prices some months back...
I was a regular subscriber - and apart from the restriction on downloading time - found it very good.

UNTIL - shortly after replenishing my account - without warning - they DOUBLED their prices. ( but they did refund me)
OK - yes-still good value - but other sites still offer similar at half the price....
And - from what's said here - they're easier to use.

I totally agree with that sentiment.

Also from now on, I will only recommend and use Music sites that have a rep, who comes on this site with help and information on a fairly regular basis.

I was initially very happy with this download site. Most comments I have read were criticized as being dated. So, here is something current for everyone. In the beginning I felt that I was getting good value for what I was spending. But, for the last month I have been in a dispute with mp3panda concerning payment. The charged my bank card for two payments when I only made one and the never credited my account online with any of that money. I have contacted them on 5 occasions and not replied to my inquiries EVER! I liked the site, was recommending it to my friends and family and then this occurred. So, despite the good music selection and good downloads speeds, loved the convenience of the one-click download feature of Fiesta, I will not be doing business with them and will definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone, until they at least have enough courtesy to respond to my complaints. I suggest you find your music elsewhere. That is what I am now forced to do.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointing experience with Fiesta and the lack of customer service. They have never had a good reputation with that but sometimes you can go for a long time and never have a problem with a provider.

Thank you for taking the time to let the other members know that Fiesta is really a gamble. Since they restructured their prices and purchasing options many people have got their money worth. However, the most important thing is that you've let us know if there is a problem, we're not going to get looked after, so thank you once again.

I can only wish you good luck and that your persistence pays off.
