I had a similar problem when making my first deposit into Fiesta.
Balance showed zero, transaction was there and approved. I actually tried to download and was told I had no balance.
All I did was logout and relog in and everything was OK.
Never had that problem before with any of the other music sites, but the plus side was that it was an easy fix.

Question waiting waiting waiting - 10-30-2007, 02:38 PM

Hi there,

with me its the same, paid more then three hours ago, no nothing.
No credits, no answer from support or anything, just the auto response from the one who got the money.

I donīt know that shop up to now, but I know the service is to be improved, even when we talk about building up customers-trust.

So, lets see and wait.

I had this same problem when I paid on the 16th of October. I wrote to customer support 2 times a week or 2 ago and I PMed Solution a few days ago. So far I haven't gotten an answer, but I am giving it a few more days.

I just looked at my online credit card statement and I was refunded the money from mp3fiesta.
