Payment Issue - 10-12-2007, 08:23 PM
Hey all,

I just tried to refill my balance at mp3fiesta....

The payment went through fine, and immediately got the verification email that my payment has been accepted....

But my balance is still $00.00 for the past hour or so.

I was wondering if anyone else has ran into this before?

Hi jeffp and welcome to the forum

It probably could take a few hours before showing but if it doesn't appear within say 12 hours, then please contact MP3Fiesta Assistance or aom3 forum member Solution, who is the administrator of MP3Fiesta.

simillar payment issues - 10-23-2007, 09:34 PM
Hi
I have a simillar problem
I registered on mp3fiesta on 18Oct and lodged $50 I can see it on the transactions field but not the balance under the login , its still $0.00
Have sent a few mails to the support email (but no response yet)
5 days later and no joy can somebody help out here

Sit tight for an answer from Solution, who is the administrator at MP3Fiesta.

It might take a few days more though...
